House becomes confused and bloody after getting into a bus accident. House can not remember very much leading to the accident. He believes that there was a patient that was deadly ill before the crash happened. House has head injures and is in pain but tries to solve the puzzle.

A thirty five year old brain- damaged musical savant who has seizures. He was playing in a piano concert when he suddenly started having muscle spasms in his left hand. House takes on this case to diagnose this musical savant.
