A famous doctor working in Africa(Sebastion Charles) collapses during a presentation to persuade people to give better medicine to the poor. both him and cuddy thinks he has tuberculosis, but House argues against it.

A construction worker(alfredo) is working on Cuddy’s house when he starts complaining of his asthma acting up, but she tells him to finish. Before he does, he colapses, falling off the roof.
